Terms and Conditions - Draw

1. Eligibility

  • The draw is open to individuals who sign a 12-month residential lease at 7 Maple, Smiths Falls between February 1, 2025, and February 28, 2025.
  • Participants must be 18 years or older and legally able to enter into a lease agreement.
  • The lease must be signed and finalized (with any required deposits paid) by 11:59 PM EST on February 28, 2025, to qualify.
  • Employees of Hammer and Nails Property Management, their immediate family members, and anyone directly involved in the administration of this draw are not eligible.

2. How to Enter

  • Eligible participants will be automatically entered into the draw upon signing a qualifying lease agreement.
  • Each lease agreement qualifies for one entry, regardless of the number of tenants on the lease.
  • No purchase necessary beyond the standard lease terms and rental payments.

3. Prize Details

  • One (1) winner will receive a $700 gift card of their choice from an approved retailer (subject to availability and approval by Hammer and Nails Property Management).
  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, rent credits, or any other form of compensation.

4. Draw Date & Winner Selection

  • The draw will take place on March 1, 2025, at the Hammer and Nails Property Management office or another designated location.
  • The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
  • The winner will be notified via email and/or phone within 48 hours of the draw.
  • If the winner does not respond within 7 days, another winner may be selected.

5. Publicity & Consent

  • By entering the draw, the winner agrees to allow Hammer and Nails Property Management to announce their first name and last initial in promotional materials, unless they explicitly request to remain anonymous.
  • No additional personal details will be shared without the winner’s consent.

6. General Conditions

  • Hammer and Nails Property Management reserves the right to modify, cancel, or terminate the draw at any time without prior notice.
  • The decision of Hammer and Nails Property Management regarding any aspect of the draw is final and binding.
  • By participating in this draw, entrants agree to these Terms and Conditions.
