Property Viewing:
Visit the property and take a tour to ensure it meets your needs and expectations. If you have any questions, our leasing agents will be happy to assist you.
Application Submission:
Complete the rental application form provided by our leasing office. Ensure that all required fields are accurately filled out. You can submit your application online through our website or in person at our leasing office.
Deposit:
Upon singing the lease we require a deposit in the value of one month rent, this deposit does get put towards your first month's rent. When we meet to exchange the keys that is when the tenant is responsible to provide last month's rent.
Proof of Income:
Submit proof of income, such as recent pay stubs, employment verification, or tax returns. This helps us assess your financial stability and ability to meet rental obligations.
Rental History:
Provide information about your rental history, including previous landlords and contact details. If applicable, include references from past landlords to strengthen your application.
Credit Check:
We conduct a credit check as part of the application process. A satisfactory credit history is important, but we understand that circumstances may vary. If you have concerns about your credit, please discuss them with our leasing team.
Lease Agreement:
Upon approval, you will be provided with a lease agreement outlining the terms and conditions of the rental. Carefully review the lease, and feel free to ask any questions before signing.
Security Deposit and First Month's Rent:
Pay the security deposit and the first month's rent before moving in. Details about the amount and payment methods will be provided upon approval of your application.
Move-In Inspection:
Complete a move-in inspection with a representative from our leasing office. This ensures that both parties are in agreement regarding the condition of the apartment at the beginning of the lease.
