• Monthly financial statements
• tenant turnover coordination of necessary upgrades, cleaning and repairs
• posting & issuing of notices as well as overseeing eviction if necessary
• Monthly building & tenant report
• Facilities management, including arranging of interior and exterior maintenance contractors, groundskeeping, cleaning service & fire system testing
